Statistical Analyst Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Statistical Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing predictive models to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform data analysis and exploration to identify insights and guide model development.
* Design, build, and validate machine learning models for classification, regression, forecasting, and clustering tasks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
* Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging tools and technologies in data science and analytics.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
* 2–5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role.
* Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus.
* Experience with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost, etc.) and data tools (Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter).
* Skilled in visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, or Power BI.
* Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools (e.g., Spark, BigQuery).
* Solid understanding of statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and model evaluation metrics.
