The Role
Our Sydney office, with over 200 staff and 25 Partners, is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to join our People & Culture team based in Barangaroo.
The People & Culture Coordinator role plays a key part in the delivery of operational tasks and administration across the full employee lifecycle. You will act as the primary point of contact for P&C enquiries, interpreting policies, managing administration in our HRIS and support in engagement & culture events across the Firm.
Reporting to the P&C Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Manage the day-to-day administration activities related to the end-to-end employee
* Be the first point of contact for all people related enquiries supporting our people in understanding policies and people processes
* Coordinate Learning & Development activities
* Support Wellbeing, Culture & Engagement programs
* Support all WHS activities and requirements like First Aid training, maintaining our First Aid equipment and stocks and other WHS activities and initiatives.
* HR Systems & Reporting
* Support recruitment activities as required, including our graduate campaigns.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Degree qualified in Human Resources, Psychology or another relevant field.
* One year's experience in a people operations (administration) role, working with an HRIS.
* Experience in a professional services environment desirable.
* Understanding and knowledge of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and other relevant Australian employment instruments.
* Understanding of HR processes and the employee life cycle.
* Strong communication and written skills
* High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
