* Leading a high-performing team to drive broker relationships, sustainable lending growth, and customer outcomes.
* Developing and executing targeted market activation strategies to maximise broker engagement and business opportunities.
* Building and strengthening relationships with key aggregators and top-tier broker groups to drive business growth.
* Embedding structured operating rhythms, sales disciplines, and performance routines across the team.
* Supporting capability uplift and career development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
* Championing a strong risk culture and ensuring compliance with customer service and risk management frameworks.

* A deep understanding and exposure to the Mortgage Broker industry.
