Key Responsibilities
* Lead high-impact agricultural projects with real ownership, delivering tangible outcomes for farmers and the Riverine Plains.
* Drive innovation, strategic relationships, and future funding growth.
* Take ownership of development projects over the next four years, covering civil, modular homes, clubhouse, and landscaping.
* Manage site operations in Cobram & Yarrawonga, ensuring autonomy and a regional lifestyle.
* Lead strategic property and asset outcomes while influencing long‐term infrastructure planning.
* Deliver governance reform and strong stakeholder outcomes.
* Lead digital and AI‐enabled transformation, overseeing cybersecurity and IT governance.
* Lead enterprise technology, data, and digital transformation, strengthening cybersecurity, operations, governance, and organisational performance.
* Order and check materials for delivery teams across Shepparton, Echuca, and Cobram depots.
* Shape sustainability strategy for a vibrant, growing community and contribute to long‐term sustainability goals.
* Execute key finance functions blending technical accounting and business partnering to drive strategic outcomes and meet reporting obligations.
* Assist site managers in Tocumwal and Oaklands, coordinating Grain Handlers to deliver site operations.
