About the Role
Following the recent acquisition of a longstanding heatset and sheetfed printer in Adelaide, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting our clients with their print requirements, coordinating jobs through production, and ensuring excellent customer service at every stage. This role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide accurate information
• Process and enter client orders with accuracy
• Liaise with production teams to ensure job specifications are met
• Keep clients informed of job progress and timelines
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
• Provide administrative support to the sales and production teams
Skills and Experience
• Previous print industry experience is essential
• Previous web print experience is an advantage
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
