About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Data Modeller to design, develop, and maintain scalable data models that support enterprise analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, along with hands-on experience in data warehousing and modern data platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data modelsTranslate business requirements into scalable data solutionsDevelop and maintain data warehouse (DW) and dimensional models (Star/Snowflake schemas)Work closely with Data Engineers to support ETL/ELT processesEnsure data integrity, quality, consistency, and governance standardsMaintain metadata, data dictionaries, and documentationSupport data migration and integration initiatives
Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in Data ModellingStrong understanding of ER modelling, normalization, denormalizationExperience with data warehousing concepts (Kimball/Inmon methodologies)Hands-on experience with tools like ERwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, LucidchartStrong SQL skills and database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) – preferredKnowledge of big data environments (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) – plus
