Ballina Inpatient CMO PGY5+May be required to be on call overnight for wards (inpatients/rehab) if unable to cover ED nights. Will be advised upon booking. Renumerated 1 hour for being on call at booked rate. Reimbursed if called into the department.Mon 12 JanTue 13 Jan

NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
