Underground Electricians – FIFO | Shutdown & Construction Experience Welcome

We are currently seeking Electricians to join our team at the Paulsen's Gold Operation.
We welcome applications from electricians with underground mining, shutdown, construction, or electrical supervisory experience who are looking to work within a dynamic and growing operation.
Our Electricians are responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of underground electrical infrastructure, ensuring safe and reliable operation across the site.
Location and Roster
FIFO from Perth, Darwin, or Broome; or DIDO from Onslow, Exmouth, Karratha, or Dampier
Paulsen's is located in the Ashburton Basin, Eastern Pilbara — 211 km inland from Onslow and 180 km west of Paraburdoo
Flights are to Onslow or Paraburdoo, followed by a two-hour bus transfer to site
Roster: 15 days on / 13 days off – day shift only
About the Role
Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you will support the safe and efficient operation of the site through electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of underground and surface infrastructure.
This role offers a great opportunity for electricians with shutdown, construction, or supervisory backgrounds to apply their skills within a mining environment.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Current WA 'A' Grade Western Australian Electrical Licence (Unrestricted)
* Experience working in mining, underground operations, or heavy industry
* High Voltage ticket and experience with HV switching (desirable)
* Current Working at Heights, Confined Space, and Gas Test Atmosphere tickets (or ability to obtain)
* First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain)
* Ability to attend annual Low Voltage Rescue and CPR training
* Strong practical and technical skills in electrical maintenance, installation, and fault finding
