Join TEC Services Group as a Plumbing Supervisor
Are you a seasoned plumber ready to take the next step in your career? TEC Services Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Supervisor to help lead our plumbing operations across town projects & maintenance works in the Pilbara region.
About the role:
This is a versatile position, with a varying split between office-based tasks (primarily computer work) and hands-on project and field task supervision.
You'll work closely with the Hydraulic Manager and Hydraulic Superintendents to organise, lead, and support our plumbing team in key areas, including:
· Day to day scheduling & coordination: Assigning personnel and crew to tasks, managing job sites, and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
· Job quoting & cost estimation: Evaluating scope, preparing accurate quotes, and tracking material/resource budgets.
· Client communication & relationship management: Serving as a primary point of contact, updating clients on progress, clarifying specifications, and handling queries.
· Quality assurance & field inspections: Conducting routine inspections, verifying workmanship and completion of documentation, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
· Safety reporting & incident management: Monitoring safety, maintaining logs, initiating corrective actions, and reinforcing best practices.
· Material procurement & inventory management: Sourcing and ordering plumbing materials, and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing
· Technical oversight & compliance to standards: Apply your industry knowledge to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems including water supply, sanitary, gas fitting, and fire protection.
You'll also support tasks such as maintaining accurate digital records and ensuring smooth coordination with other trades and internal departments - helping to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Roster:
· weeks on, 1 week off (2:1) FIFO position – ex Perth (East Coast major cities considered for the right candidate.) Accommodation provided in Port Hedland.
· or residential (Port Hedland) Mon – Fri position (with opportunity to work weekends).
Essential requirements:
* Certificate IV - Drainer, Plumber, Gasfitter, LP Gasfitter
* WA (or interstate) Plumber's Licence/Qualified Supervisor
* Computer literacy (Microsoft Word & Excel, PDF software)
* Australian Driver's Licence
* High Risk Work Licence
* White Card
Preferred (but not essential):
* Butt Fusion / EF (poly welding) Qualification
* WA (or interstate) Gas fitting license / permit
* Working at Heights Licence
* Excavator and Skid Steer, Forklift, EWP Tickets
