**Key Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities of the Safety, Health & Environment Manager include but are not limited to:

- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to employees on HSE matters.
- Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders on HSE issues.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on HSE performance.

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, Public Health, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Return to Work, Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment & Radiation Safety.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
