As part of a national group and with a strong pipeline of secured work, we're now seeking an experienced, hands-on Regional Operations Leader to lead our growing operations.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad, high-impact leadership role spanning concrete batching, mobile plant, and quarrying — with the support of an established business and the freedom to drive real results.
Why Apply?
$ competitive salary + short and long-term bonus incentives
FIFO 10:4 from Perth transitioning to residential within 6 months
Full relocation package to Tom Price, including paid housing & utilities
Company vehicle + accommodation provided during FIFO and residential period
The Role
As Regional Operations Leader, you'll oversee day-to-day and strategic operations across batching, logistics, quarrying, and precast — with a clear focus on safety, quality, client satisfaction, and business growth.
You'll lead a skilled team and be the go-to person for operational delivery, workforce coordination, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead batching and dispatch to ensure reliable, high-quality concrete supply
* Manage mobile plant, road trains, and day-to-day logistics
* Oversee workforce planning, rostering, and equipment utilisation
* Build and maintain strong client relationships (e.g. Holcim, local contractors)
* Prepare pricing and quotes for concrete, precast, and steel services
* Execute quarrying and screening operations with safety front-of-mind
* Drive NHVAS and CoR compliance, safety systems, and site standards
* Monitor cost performance and promote continuous improvement
About You
We're looking for a practical, driven leader who thrives in regional operations and understands the technical and logistical demands of concrete services.
You'll bring:
* Proven experience in concrete batching and mobile plant
* Strong background in operations or site leadership
* Willingness to relocate to Tom Price within 6 months (FIFO to start), if not already local
* Exposure to mobile screening and/or quarrying operations
* Confidence in scheduling, quoting, and team coordination
* Commercial mindset and safety-first approach
* HR Licence and White Card (MC licence advantageous)
Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already local to Tom Price —applications from those unwilling to relocate will not be considered.
