Wheels of Wellness is a mobile and hub-based health service providing accessible, culturally-safe healthcare to people experiencing homelessness and other hardship across Cairns. We are a values-driven team committed to dignity, respect and compassionate care.
We are seeking a proactive and organised Coordinator to support both internal clinic operations and external engagement. This varied role blends administration, finance support, HR assistance, and community engagement — as well as stepping onto reception when needed.
It's ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow their skills across business operations, communications and community health.
Your Day Could Include
* Supporting accounts & basic bookkeeping (Xero)
* Assisting with onboarding, HR admin & compliance
* Helping prepare grant applications & reporting
* Stakeholder engagement & community networking
* Creating newsletters, social media posts or updates
* Reception coverage & client service
* Supporting accreditation and quality improvement activities
You Bring
* Experience in administration or similar role
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with care and accuracy
* Experience with Xero (or willingness to learn)
* Interest in community health or social impact
* A team-focused mindset with initiative
