Port Lincoln Hospital is seeking a passionate nurse to join our Renal Unit and provide exceptional nursing services.The RoleAs a Registered Nurse in the Renal Unit, you'll have the opportunity to excel in a variety of health service settings, utilising your experience to deliver high-quality care.Your responsibilities will include :Deliver comprehensive and empathetic care to patients undergoing Renal treatmentCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plansMonitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribedProvide education and emotional support to patients and their familiesContribute to the continuous improvement of Renal servicesProviding specific haemodialysis services to a group of patients in a Nurse-led Satellite Renal Unit.Supporting the development and learning of less experienced staff, ensuring the highest standards of nursing care are maintained.Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.Check(s)DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC)National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g.
