Job Duties:

* Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these issues.
* Develop and maintain accurate records of quality improvement initiatives, including metrics and outcomes.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including staff, patients, and families, regarding quality improvement initiatives.
