**How will I help?**
Join our Consumer Finance Operations (CFO) Performance Enablement team as a Manager - Performance Enablement, driving impactful initiatives for Westpac's Credit Card and Personal Loan services. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering our FY25 Operations Strategy by optimising performance, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring our teams meet and exceed customer expectations.
**Key responsibilities**
- Support business performance through data insights across the Consumer Finance value chain.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to execute strategic initiatives, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Lead the creation of insightful reports and streamline operations using PowerBI and analytics.
- Drive initiatives that improve customer experience and operational processes through automation and simplification.
- Build relationships across teams and develop programs to support staff capability and growth.

**What do I need?**
- Experience in performance management, operations, or a related field within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated success in implementing strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Preferred experience working in an operations environment, with an understanding of operational dynamics, including banking products, offshore business partners, data, and risk.
