Quality Systems Supervisor Role
We are seeking a Quality Systems Supervisor to join our team in Doncaster.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality requirements are incorporated into the SPF UK Quality Management System and SOPs, monitoring production processes, conducting raw material checks, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the feed industry, knowledge of HACCP systems, auditing, traceability, and quality management, and strong communication skills.
This is a part-time permanent position working 24 to 30 hours per week with flexibility regarding work patterns and hours.
* Liaising between quality teams
* Incorporating quality requirements into the Quality Management System
* Participating in supplier qualification and evaluation
* Monitoring production processes
* Conducting raw material checks
* Completing ABPR sheets
* Performing internal factory calibrations
* Organising sample and swab testing
* Completing NIR and chemistry testing
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
* Leading audits
* Investigating and following up on audit findings
* Compiling monthly quality reports
