Reporting to the GM, you'll lead a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and a Systems Test Analyst to deliver priority business projects that improve our customer, operational, and organisational capability.This role will see you driving projects from conception to completion, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
You'll partner closely with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and People & Culture, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of major business initiatives aligned to strategic objectivesManage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projectsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and delivery partnersOversee risk management, compliance, and governance standardsMentor and support a high-performing team, driving capability and resultsImplement continuous improvement initiatives and ensure quality deliveryAbout you:To succeed in this role, you'll bring proven project delivery expertise, strong leadership capability, and the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the business.
You will bring;5-10 years' experience in project management/delivery roles across diverse industriesStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or hybrid)Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budgetExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendorsExcellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skillsFinancial and risk management capabilityFamiliarity with the hire and rental industry highly desirableWhy Join the Kennards Hire Family?
