Hours: Saturdays 8:00am – 1:00pm, possible Wednesdays 13:30pm – 5:00pm (with potential for additional hours based on performance)
Are you a detail-oriented organiser who loves helping people and keeping things running smoothly? Mobile Computer Geeks is looking for a Casual Administrative Clerk to join our team and support our technicians, clients, and operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment and wants the flexibility of working from home.

What You’ll Do
As our Administrative Clerk, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our clients and team have a seamless experience:
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other communications from clients in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate and schedule appointments based on technician skills, availability, and service areas
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and other administrative processes
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Organise meetings, prepare documents, and collate data as needed
- Foster a customer-centric culture and support team collaboration
- Handle other duties as reasonably directed
About You
- Fast learner in remote settings with minimal physical touch points
- Experience in customer service and/or administration
- Excellent communication and professional phone/email etiquette
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and learning recent systems
- Calm and proactive problem solver
Performance Goals
- Respond to client enquiries quickly (target 15 minutes, required within 60 minutes)
- Maintain courteous, professional, and respectful customer interactions
- Ensure accurate bookings and scheduling, aligned with technician availability and skill set
- Keep records and documentation accurate and up-to-date
- Follow all company policies and procedures
