We are seeking two experienced Commercial Managers to join a leading organisation based in Fremantle. Reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial, these positions will play a key role in managing existing commercial relationships while identifying and developing new opportunities that deliver value to the business and its customers
The successful candidates will be responsible for contract management, complex commercial negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and driving commercial outcomes across a diverse customer portfolio
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain commercial contracts, ensuring appropriate documentation and governance processes are in place
* Lead complex contract negotiations with external customers and stakeholders
* Develop, analyse, monitor and continuously improve commercial contracts and reporting metrics
* Manage customer contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring performance and compliance requirements are met
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term commercial success
* Develop and execute strategies that enhance customer experience and strengthen commercial partnerships
* Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and create value across the supply cha
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives
Skills & Experience
* Relevant tertiary qualification or 6–8 years' experience in a similar commercial role
* Extensive experience managing senior-level stakeholder relationships
* Demonstrated experience negotiating complex commercial contracts
* Strong background working within a commercial or business-focused environment
* Proven ability to influence, negotiate and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business improvements
* Extensive contract management experience and sound knowledge of commercial principles
