Financial Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for managing the financial operations of our business, including data file reconciliation and review, payroll processing, BAS/IAS preparation, Xero training and support. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping software including Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks.

The successful applicant will also possess work experience in small business environments, familiarity with STP reporting and payroll processing requirements. A minimum of 30 hours per week is required over a 4-day period with flexibility to work from home. Friday must be an in-office day for payroll processing.

* Data entry skills using cloud-based accounting systems
* Payroll administration expertise
* BAS/IAS compliance knowledge
