Job Title: Maintenance Administrator
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
About the Job:
We deliver critical services across Sydney's southern region, from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to the Georges River National Park. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including maintaining pending invoice reports, raising manual work orders, processing subcontractor payment claims, compiling reports, stakeholder communications, organisation of team meetings/event logistics, maintaining the roster for operations maintenance, taking and distributing meeting minutes, credit card reconciliation of transactions, finalising and closing off work orders, and travelling to site locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining pending invoice reports and actioning goods receipting a high turnover of invoices.
2. Raising manual work orders.
3. Processing subcontractor payment claims.
4. Compiling reports.
5. Stakeholder communications.
6. Organisation of team meetings/event logistics.
7. Maintaining the roster for operations maintenance.
8. Taking and distributing meeting minutes.
9. Credit card reconciliation of transactions.
10. Finalising and closing off work orders.
Requirements:
- Administration experience with a degree, diploma or certificate in business/administration desirable.
- Client relationship and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Highly competent with MS Office.
