About this position
As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for overseeing store operations during evening and night shifts. Your primary goal is to ensure that the store presents itself exceptionally well, providing a welcoming environment for customers, employees, and the local community.
Your responsibilities will include guiding team members, allocating tasks, and offering support and guidance to deliver exceptional customer service.
