An opportunity has become available for a Retail Sales & Store Assistant to join their Dandenong showroom, replacing a long-term team member who is relocating. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple aspects of a retail environment. About the Role This is a part-time position (approx. 35 hours per week), working: Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm (4 days per week) Saturday: 10:00am - 3:00pm You will be involved in all areas of the store, including: Assisting customers with product enquiries and sales Managing paperwork, orders, and customer follow-ups Supporting stock control and inventory management Loading and unloading deliveries Assisting plumbers and customers with product collection (forklift use - no licence required) What We're Looking For We're seeking a reliable and adaptable team member who can confidently manage a mix of responsibilities. Ideally, you will have: Previous retail or customer service experience A proactive approach and ability to work independently Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence interacting with customers and tradespeople A willingness to be hands-on with stock and warehouse tasks Most importantly, you will bring a friendly, approachable attitude and enjoy being part of a close-knit team.
