We currently have an exciting prospect based in Adelaide for an experienced ILS Engineer who would be interested in working in support of Defence projects across the Land systems being developed to direct enhance capability.
This is a contract position that will run through till September .The successful applicant should have exposure to Australian Defence ILS Standards and ability to performing logistic support analysis, maintainability, and reliability.The main objective of this role is to manage, lead and develop ILS plans and associated ILS deliverables in support of the relevant project.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage and lead development of the ILS plansDevelop concepts to inform planning for sustainment strategies and engagementProvide ILS input to the tender and bid processLife Cycle Cost (LCC) activitiesILS management including planning and controlling delivery of ILS documentation & dataPreform logistic support analysis, maintainability, and reliabilityReview and approve ILS documentation and dataLiaise with relevant stakeholdersProvide guidance on the Logistic Engineering analysis processes, including HRA, FTA, S&OA;, RBD, FMECA, RCM, LORA, and probability calculationsApply Now if you have the following:Cert IV in applicable tradeExtensive ILS Engineering experience within Defence IndustryExperience with acceptance of product from design and developmentExperience in writing and updating project documents and ILS plans.Understanding of Defence Regulatory and Security frameworks.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain working relationshipsApplicants MUST hold a current NV1 or higher ADF Security Clearance (Australian citizens).
