**About your new role**:
At Scooter Hut, the Customer is the heart of everything we do, and our Customer Service Team play an integral role in ensuring our mission to delight customers with the best service is achieved.
We are seeking 2 experienced, passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
You can expect your responsibilities to include, but not be limited to:
- Resolve customer enquiries, tech questions, and sometimes complaints
- Effectively administer customer correspondence by taking the appropriate action to minimise any detrimental impact to the customer experience or Scooter Hut's business interests and to establish an appropriate outcome for the customer.
- Contribute to the overall team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- resolve product problems by clarifying the customer's concerns, determine the cause of the problem, select, and explain the best solution to solve the problem, expedite correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
- will generate sales leads and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Maintain professional and product knowledge by reviewing professional publications along with establishing and maintaining existing industry network

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
