About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Workforce Planner / Resource Coordinator to join our Technology team, located in our new state-of-the-art facility in Kemps Creek NSW.
This role is critical in ensuring the efficient scheduling and allocation of resources, enabling us to meet both client expectations and internal delivery timelines. You will play a key role in balancing workloads, optimising capacity, and supporting the successful delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Resource Allocation
* Manage and maintain the team's scheduling system
* Allocate work based on skills, availability, and priorities
* Monitor utilisation and proactively manage capacity
Stakeholder Coordination
* Collaborate with team leaders to align resources with project needs
* Provide regular updates on task status and exceptions
* Adjust resourcing in response to changing priorities
Data Monitoring & Processing
* Manage incoming job data and ensure accurate documentation
* Identify and elevate issues early
Quality Assurance
* Support a culture of accuracy and attention to detail
* Participate in QA reviews and peer checks
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
* Contribute to workflow and scheduling enhancements
Compliance
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards
About You
You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to balance competing priorities effectively.
* Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or resource coordination
* Strong analytical and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Experience in a technology or professional services environment
* Familiarity with data-driven workflows or customer communications
* Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
* Relevant tertiary qualification (IT or related field)
