**talented SEO Manager**
**to join a high profile, high growth fintech**. In this newly created role, you'll get to lead the SEO channel across owned and earned media.
The SEO Manager will lead the organic customer acquisition strategy across existing and new businesses. Working on content strategy development and improving the authority of their websites, you will also have a focus on technical SEO.

As the SEO Manager, you'll take a key position within the acquisitions team to:
- Lead the **strategy across the SEO Channel**, owning end to end organic traffic acquisition strategy
- Be accountable for **lead and sale generation** from SEO channels
- Develop a quantitative/qualitative method for identifying keywords
- Strategize a **content roadmap** that supports keyword opportunities and competitor gaps
- Bring a long term vision to the **performance of SEO**:
- Work closely with colleagues across the broader marketing and brand teams
- **Lead SEO best practices**

- You've earnt your stripes in SEO management, ideally with some **agency experience**:
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills - working across multiple websites
- You'll have a great understanding of **HTML, Javascript, tagging and Wordscript quantitative** and analytical skills
- You know your way around Search Console and Google Analytics
- A key focus on results, with a focus on profitability an agile mindset
- **Data focus** - you let the numbers do the talking!
- You're innovative and enjoy coming up with new ideas
- You're a** step (or 5) ahead of the competition**:
- Experience with creative design tools including the full **Adobe Suite, Figma and Canva**
