As a Clinical Facilitator, you'll play a key role in strengthening clinical capability and supporting safe, high-quality care across our service. From guiding staff through complex clinical situations to nurturing a culture of learning, you'll work closely with a dedicated team to create meaningful outcomes for patients and colleagues.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant clinical experience.
Strong capability in clinical assessment, coaching, and supporting others to achieve competency.
Confidence in leading education, facilitating learning and contributing to quality improvement.
A collaborative mindset grounded in compassion, integrity and professionalism.
You'll stand out if you have experience in rural or regional healthcare settings and/or postgraduate qualifications in education, leadership or a related specialty.
Most importantly, you're passionate about developing others, strengthening clinical excellence and contributing to a health service built on compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
