Lead the Way as a Customer Banking Team Leader
Auswide Bank is on an exciting journey of growth, and we're looking for a motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Customer Banking Team Leader.
As part of our united financial services group — MyState Bank, Auswide Bank, SelfCo, and TPT Wealth — you'll help shape exceptional banking experiences for our customers and empower your team to thrive.
In this role, you'll lead a team, providing daily direction, coaching, and support to ensure high quality service across all customer touchpoints - in-branch, over the phone, and online. You'll play a hands on role in customer interactions, especially in resolving complex enquiries and complaints, while driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to inspire and develop others. Experience in banking, lending, or managing customer-facing teams is highly regarded.
