This role is highly visible and suited to someone who wants to accelerate their career within a respected builder. The project itself is technically interesting, with complex staging, stakeholder management, specialist services, and strict quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Assist with programming and construction sequencing Support procurement and subcontractor onboarding Maintain QA documentation and site records Monitor project progress against milestones Assist with cost tracking and reporting Ensure smooth communication between office and site teams To Be Successful You will ideally have: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar Experience as a Project Coordinator, Site Engineer, or Project Engineer Exposure to commercial construction projects preferred Strong organisation and communication skills Ability to work in fast-paced project environments Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail Why Apply?
