We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Medical Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, driven, resilient and empathetic, whilst also possessing a strong background in customer service.
* As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing phone enquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
This role involves managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner. You will also be responsible for front of house reception, greeting patients upon arrival, and ensuring the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and patient focus skills, as well as excellent time management and organisational skills. A high level of attention to detail and confidentiality is also essential.
* Responsibilities include:
o Scheduling appointments for patients and referrers
o Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
o Enter and update patient registration details
