Overview
We're looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administration Assistant to be the first point of contact for a busy office, answering calls and emails, and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

Role Details
* Start: ASAP
* Hours: Monday-Friday, 7.30am to 4pm (30 min lunch break)
* Duration: Temp to Perm / Perm
* Location: South of the River
* Rate: $35-37 per hour plus super (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, greeting and welcoming visitors to reception, and providing administrative support to the wider team.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1-2 years Reception/Administration experience
* Demonstrated administration and office support skills
* Superior communication with well-developed written and verbal skills
* Excellent phone manner with an ability to manage calls in a professional manner
* Professional appearance and excellent personal presentation
* Bright and bubbly with a proven ability to build rapport
* Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
