Sales Operations Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, work closely with the Operations Manager, and play a key role in ensuring smooth sales execution, partner support, and contract coordination.
About the Role
As our Sales Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting the wholesale sales process end‑to‑end — from initial inquiries and relationship management through to contract delivery, customer follow‑up, and operational coordination.
You'll collaborate with internal teams across Design, Production, and Marketing, and work closely with external partners to ensure a seamless customer and partner experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the wholesale/B2B sales process end‑to‑end, including managing sales inquiries, follow‑ups, and partner communications
* Prepare and coordinate building contracts, contract variations, and key sales documentation
* Maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, ensuring a high standard of customer service
* Liaise with internal teams across Design, Production, and Marketing to ensure smooth operational delivery
* Coordinate B2B meetings, launches, and key touchpoints
* Provide general support across sales operations, ensuring administrative processes are accurate and efficient
About You
You'll bring 2–4 years' experience in sales operations, sales support, contract administration, or a similar role — ideally within the residential building industry (or a closely related environment).
You'll also have:
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong capability across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* CRM experience (highly regarded)
* A proactive, customer‑first mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
