Job Title: Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our Engineering Team in Broome, Western Australia.
About the Role:
* This is an administrative and coordination role that will support the Engineering Department.
* You will work closely with the Chief Engineer and other departments to ensure efficient delivery of services.
* Your strong organizational and communication skills will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare department purchase orders and dispatch maintenance requests.
2. Communicate with resort departments on completion of works or arrival of materials.
3. Ensure accurate documentation and filing of departmental records.
4. Undertake End of Month reporting procedures for the Chief Engineer.
5. Pro-actively monitor and report on areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Prior administrative and/or finance experience is essential.
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* High level of organization and communication skills.
