Business Development Specialist
The role of a Business Development Specialist involves working closely with customers to understand their business needs and requirements. This includes gathering and documenting workflows, objectives, and functional specifications for the development and configuration teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and readiness.
* Assist in designing and configuring customer-specific configurations and customisations during the implementation process.
* Support testing efforts, including functional testing and UAT, to validate solutions meet business needs.
* Develop customer-facing documentation including solution overviews, process maps, testing documentation and user guides.
* Participate in customer workshops, training sessions, and go-live support activities.
* Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS or software implementation environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Familiarity with risk management, compliance, or GRC platforms is a plus.
* Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding software systems and integrations.
