We serve authentic Mexican food with traditional flavours and are on a mission to create a new experience in Mexican hospitality, built on strong systems, clear procedures and a passionate team.We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced kitchen, follows documented processes and takes pride in every plate.Your RoleExecute operational systems and procedures to a high standard as part of the kitchen team.Complete daily opening and closing procedures using documented checklists and logs.Assist with stocktake and prep-list planning in line with established schedules and written procedures.Prepare food to Costa Taco standard recipes so service is fast, fresh and consistent every time.Maintain a clean and organised kitchen throughout your shift, restocking service stations (grill, pass, bain-marie) as per station checklists.Follow and document all food safety systems, including temperature logs, sanitising routines and HACCP requirements.Monitor and record food wastage to review data and improve systems over time.Support inventory and stock rotation procedures to minimise losses and protect product quality.Contribute to smooth lunch and dinner service operations by following the agreed workflows.Complete shift reports and document any variances from procedures, then communicate them clearly with the team.What You BringStrong attention to detail, speed, initiative and cleanliness.Passion for food and consistency in quality.Team player with a positive attitude and work ethic.Flexibility to work across lunch and dinner service.Ability and willingness to work within and comply with established systems, checklists, workflows and documented procedures.Commitment to a minimum of ***** hours per week availability.
