**About You**
We have an opportunity for a customer facing technician in a unique environment.
- Onsite customer facing role. Must enjoy helping people and have good communication skills.
- Essential to have experienced in software/hardware deployment and maintenance.
- A working knowledge of networks, Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory is important.
- Contract role, so need own ABN, insurance.
- Public Transport is limited, so must have own licence and vehicle to get to site.
**Responsibilities**
- Onsite role, with rostered shifts including after-hour, weekend and public holiday coverage.
- Supporting PCs, printers, kiosks and other related devices.
- Deployment of systems and updates.
- General maintenance of equipment.
