The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Supervisor to lead a small team of technicians across the Fraser Coast.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the tools while mentoring, guiding, and supporting a growing team.
You'll be working across:
* Commercial refrigeration (excluding supermarkets)
* Commercial and residential air conditioning

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and support a small team of technicians
* Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain refrigeration & air conditioning systems
* Install new refrigeration and air conditioning systems
* Coordinate and oversee scheduled maintenance programs
* Liaise professionally with clients and builders
* Order and manage parts, tools, and equipment
* Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
* Provide on-the-job guidance and mentoring to team members

What You'll Need
* Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
* Restricted Electrical Licence
* Refrigerant Handling Licence
* Current manual driver's licence
* Australian working rights
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication skills and a positive leadership style
* A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
