The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a part time Property Administratorto join our Retail Projex Management Team. The Property Administrator will be based at an asset in the eastern suburbs of Sydney working alongside a Senior Centre Manager and Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities

* Working with and reporting to theCentre Managers on daily basis
* Coordination and collection of tenant sales turnover & commentary
* ·Providing administration support to the centre management team
* Assisting with Arrears management and implementing rent reviews.
* Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
* Coordination of Repairs and Maintenance with support of Centre Manager, including processing invoices, work orders and managing compliance
* Management of tenant insurance records
* Maintain tenant and landlord relationships
* Managing enquiries from customers, tenants, client, and contractors

About You

* Real estate license or certificate of registration would be highly regarded
* Experience within the property sector
* Exposure to software platforms (MRI, Cirrus8 or similar) – Desirable
* Intermediate level of MS Office skills (Outlook, Word & Excel) - Essential
* Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
* ·Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise
* Ability to communicate to the highest standard, being verbal and written
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Hold a current NSW Drivers licence
