Overview
Whether you are an experienced Early Childhood Educator seeking flexibility or just getting started, we can support you and provide on-job training from our nominated supervisor and the team.
As a casual educator at our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program, you will be part of a growing team of educators who deliver after-school programs that provide high-quality education and care to school-aged children and support the wider community. You will provide nurturing care, ensure a safe and welcoming environment and create recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all to enjoy. You will build positive relationships with your team and work collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for our children and families.

About you
Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships with children and team members.
Experience in Early Childhood Education or a similar setting.
Ability to work with your OSHC Service Leader and team to plan and implement a fun, safe, and engaging program that adheres to our laws, regulations and learning frameworks.
Current or willingness to obtain first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma certificates and a Working with Children check.
Qualifications equivalent to a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Bachelor of Arts, Science, Diploma of Community Services).
