Customer Sales Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating moments that matter for our customers.
About the Role:
* Face-to-face retail experience is required.
* Weekend availability is necessary with penalty rates applying.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing genuine service and contributing to positive sales performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Always maintain a safety focus to ensure your safety and that of your teammates and customers.
2. Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers.
3. Use your strong customer service skills to contribute to positive sales performance.
4. Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
5. Process stock, receive, dispatch, and store.
6. Be an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member, contributing to a positive team culture.
Note that this role requires lifting, bending, and climbing.
