Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in the day-to-day operation of the residential unit
* Respond to the emotional and functional needs of young people
* Develop personal skills and interests
* Complete administrative tasks and household duties
Requirements:
1. Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or other relevant tertiary qualifications
2. Genuine interest in young people and their wellbeing
3. Demonstrated empathy for young people in care
4. Highly developed capacity for emotional self-regulation
