The Opportunity
We're looking for a relationship‐led Key Account Manager to retain, grow and optimise a portfolio of strategic customers across Central & North Queensland and the Northern Territory. This newly created role based in Townsville focuses on long‐term partnerships, contract renewals, pricing strategy and cross‐service solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own and manage a portfolio of strategic key accounts, acting as the senior trusted contact
* Drive retention, contract renewals and sustainable revenue growth
* Lead commercial outcomes including account planning, pricing and negotiations
* Identify cross‐service growth opportunities and deliver solutions with internal teams
* Maintain strong governance through CRM discipline, reporting and safety compliance
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing key or national accounts in a complex B2B environment
* Strong commercial, financial and negotiation capability
* Consultative, relationship‐led approach focused on retention and growth
* Confident stakeholder manager across customers and internal teams
* Disciplined with CRM, reporting and account planning
* Previous experience working in transport, logistics or FMCG at pace will see you succeed in this role
