As a Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and creation of delicious Indian and vegan dishes for our discerning customers. What you'll be doing
* Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and vegan dishes to our high standards
* Ensure all food is presented attractively and to our menu specifications
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
* Assist with menu planning and development of new dishes
* Comply with all health and safety regulations
* Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide an exceptional customer experience
What we're looking for
* Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
* Proven experience as a Chef in a similar restaurant environment
* Excellent knowledge of Indian and vegan cuisine and ingredients
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for creating high-quality, flavourful dishes
