This is a RARE and exciting opportunity for a dynamic Trust Accountant/Finance Officer to join a prestigious development company, that has a presence in both Property Management and Caretaking. Rapidly expanding throughout Queensland and arguably one of the best in the business. This progressive company is committed to setting a precedent in the market.

**Responsibilities/Achievements**:

- _

**General Accounting -** Account reconciliation, Balance sheets, Managing purchases of products, materials & maintenance - BAS, PAYG, GST, Weekly reporting, Mid Month & End of Month for a rent roll of around 700 properties.

Entering creditor disbursements & fortnightly creditor runs, Reporting on business profit and loss, and presenting at EOM meetings to Senior Management - Working alongside an offshore assistant who will support with invoicing

Accounts Payable & Receivable for the Caretaking and Body Corporate departments.

**Payroll -** Processing employee (under 20 staff) leave balances, long service leave, annual leave, rostered days off, and personal/sick leave, Ensuring employees are meeting award requirements and compliance with regulatory authorities.

**Client Administration & Trust Accounting - **Daily receipting for CRM, Client Procedures and training, Managing Administration tasks, Processing owner and creditor payments, Managing Trust Accountant enquiries, Rental Trust, Mid/End of month processing for clients, Assisting Property Managers with ledgers, statements & Owner/Tenant queries.

- Previous experience in Trust Accounting and Finance/Accounting advantageous
- Outstanding communication skills, good with numbers, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Possess a "can do" attitude & be a great team player
- Previous experience with property me, Fergus and MYOB are advantageous
- Knowledge of relevant industry awards
- QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate is desirable but not required
