In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we’re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.


Overview
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the ANZ Electrophysiology Team reporting to the General Manager and assisting the Leadership, Sales, Education, Marketing and Capital Team teams. Responsible person for field stock management, healthcare compliance and audit.

Responsibilities

* Administrative duties to the GM, expense management, meetings, flights.

* Provide administrative support to the EP Management team.

* Support marketing-driven activities, meetings, conferences, flights, accommodation, catering, transfers, Venues, agendas, photocopying, printing, binding documents.

* Support education driven activities, meetings, training, flights, accommodation, catering, transfers, venues, agendas, photocopying, printing, binding documents, meeting rooms.

* Support sales team, flights, accommodation, business cards and ad hoc requests.

* Support capital management team, service agreements, rebate agreements, evaluation agreements and MPA’s.

* Create, monitor ACAS events, agreements, upload documents, close off events inline with Abbott compliances, monitor expenditure, flights accommodations transfer venues, agenda, attendance sheets.

* Support finance with ACAS events, cross charges, flights, accommodation, meeting expenditure.

* Logistic support in organising National Sales Conference, Mid-year conference.

* Liaise with third party vendors.

* Process invoices for ANZ.

* Attend company sales meeting and customer events as required.

* Credit report management for ANZ travel.

* Assist with managing short, dated stock for ANZ team.

* Assist with managing consignment checks.

* Smartek compliances system.

* Monitor and keep storeroom in good order.

* Assist and monitor audits.

* Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by the General Manager

* Have a sound understanding of and comply with the industry and Abbott Code of Conduct and Company compliances requirements.

* Understand and ensure compliance with business standards and MTAA guidelines.

* You may be required to work outside of your ordinary hours of work to participate in essential training, team meetings, customer events or trade shows/ conferences. These events may take place on evening and /or weekend.


Qualifications and Experience

* Minimum three years’ experience in a senior administrative role, tertiary qualifications are advantageous but not a necessity.

* Must have a demonstrated ability to manage communication and administrative requirements between a local affiliate and an Area/Division Regional Office.
