1. Servicing Consumer Goods industries including Food, Pharma to maintain and manage existing business and customer base.
2. Develop new business opportunities within Omya manufactured products.
3. Develop new business for Distribution (traded) products with a focus on Food Ingredients.
4. Maximise profitability and manage receivables for all existing customers.
5. Provide marketplace feedback particularly concerning competitive activity.
6. Ensure a safe working environment
7. Tertiary qualificationin Science, Chemistry or Food Science disciplines
8. 2-3years of experience in sales and account management within the Food Industry, salesexperience in chemical distribution environment advantageous
9. Team player, open communication style with willingness to impart and share knowledge at all levels.
10. Highly motivated and results driven.
11. Excellent level of planning, development and implementation of sales and marketing plans.
12. Computer literate in MS O360 and willingness to learn and use SAP, Sales Force, OMIS, OPUS and other internal systems.
13. Frequent travel within the sales territory of Victoria. Elsewhere in Australia and occasionally beyond may be required.
14. Excellent command of spoken and written English.
15. Full work rights in Australia.
