Your Duties:
You'll manage a tight, capped portfolio, with full support and flexible working arrangements. Your responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with tenants and landlords
* Conducting Entry, Exit, and Routine Inspections
* Coordinating repairs & maintenance
* Managing arrears
* Performing rent and lease reviews
* Using cloud-based property management software
About You:
* Minimum 12 months of experience in Property Management
* Current QLD Certificate of Registration
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional presentation and a reliable work ethic
* Valid driver's licence
