We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and passionate individuals to join our teams as a Swim Teacher across our WA locations in Secret Harbour and Kwinana on a casual basis.
At State Swim, we believe every lesson has the power to build confidence, create lifelong skills and help keep our communities safe around water. As a Swimming Instructor, you'll play a vital role in teaching people of all ages and abilities, helping them achieve milestones they never thought possible while making every lesson engaging, rewarding and fun.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver engaging, high-quality swimming lessons in line with the State Swim program
* Inspire confidence and support students as they develop new skills
* Assess progress and provide meaningful feedback to students and families
* Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming aquatic environment
* Work collaboratively with a passionate and supportive team
* Stay current with industry best practice and water safety standards
About You
* Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Current CPR and First Aid certification
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for teaching, learning and helping others succeed
* A positive attitude and commitment to creating outstanding experiences for every student
