Understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies used, distinguishing what can be achieved with a standard implementation from what would need customization or extensions to the application. Functionally customize the application and partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions. Work with business users to implement process changes. Lead process improvements and provide analysis on business processes and IT, and advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. Facilitate workshops, participate in integration testing and user acceptance testing. Engage with technology communities and maintain certifications on SaaS or package-based solutions and relevant methodologies. Qualifications
Conceptualize a business or technical solution leveraging colleagues and partners, with mastery of at least one methodology and advanced knowledge of one or more business domains. Experience with one or more SaaS or package software solutions and ability to lead or contribute to project work. Strong consulting skills and ability to advise clients on implementation of package modules.
